Affiliate Programme Terms and Conditions (Terms)

Affiliate 

Affiliate marketing is the process by which an affiliate earns a commission for marketing another person's or company's products. Touch-type Read and Spell (TTRS) has the right to remove or delete any affiliate without advanced notice. 

Commission amount

A commission of 50% of the client's first order will be paid to the Affiliate. This payment will be calculated after all discounts and miscellaneous charges (including but not limited to VAT if a purchase is made in the UK or the EU) have been applied. Your commission will be paid monthly to your PayPal account or by bank transfer. It is your responsibility to ensure your PayPal and account details are accurate in order to receive payment.

VAT

If a purchase is made within the UK or in the EU, VAT is deducted at 20% before commission is paid.

Refund policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee to our clients. The Affiliate shall not be paid until the 30 days have elapsed, if we decide to pay the Affiliate, we shall be entitled to a refund of the paid-out commission.  

Restrictions and Compliance. 

The affiliate program is designed for Affiliates to promote only through their social media platforms (by posting it as marketing material) and their websites. Promotion via paid traffic discount and/or coupon site, or any other method that exceeds the social media pages and website of the Affiliates. For emphasis, Affiliate coupon codes and links are not to be promoted on third-party websites such as coupon databases or websites that promote discount codes or vouchers.

Affiliate shall not engage any search engine ads (especially on branded terms or domain names), Facebook ads, or other ads to our website, your website, or other owned media that would compete with our own marketing and cause potential confusion for customers.

Affiliates are not permitted to promote any non-affiliate program-related materials, such as coupon codes provided in customer newsletters, codes provided to other affiliates, any promotional codes, or codes received from any source other than directly from TTRS 

In making referrals, the Affiliate shall comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

TTRS reserves the right to deny the payment of any commission of purchases violating these Terms and the relevant Affiliate’s account may be banned for breach of these Terms. Any delay by TTRS in exercising any of its rights here will not constitute a waiver of those rights.

Amendments

TTRS reserves the right to update these Terms from time to time by publishing a new version. You should check this page occasionally to ensure you understand any changes to these Terms. We may notify you of changes to this Policy by email or through email or any other choice of communications as set by you. Regardless of any change, you will be subject to the terms in force at the time that the client completes a purchase with us.
